Our attractive and spacious barn conversion is in a peaceful location surrounded by open farmland, yet is just 2 miles from the picturesque harbour and shops / restaurants at Padstow.
Just 3 miles away are several beautiful sandy beaches and the golf course at Trevose.

barn retains many original features and provides very spacious
accommodation throughout, with all the modern conveniences to
make your stay a relaxing one. In detail, the accommodation
comprises:- Downstairs |
- Large
fully equipped modern farmhouse kitchen, including Rayburn
stove (plus back-up cooker), microwave, dishwasher, fridge
and freezer, together with farmhouse table and chairs.
- Separate
utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer;

yet cosy lounge with SatelliteTV, DVD, video, CD/radio/cassette
etc. and French doors leading to:
- Good
sized south-facing conservatory offering further living
and eating accommodation, overlooking the garden and farmland.

floor Two
large bedrooms - a large double with King size bed, ensuite
shower cubicle and plenty of space for a cot, and a twin room
with additional full size single bed.
Outside
Outside is a large south facing secure lawned garden and patio
with a barbeque, together with ample parking.
Please
note: regrettably we are not able to accept pets
and the barn is non-smoking
For
slightly smaller groups, or those who would like to stay in
the heart of Padstow, we also have another cottage, Skipper

Area |
The
picturesque fishing village of Padstow 2 miles away offers plenty
of things to do and see, together with a good selection of pubs
and restaurants, including Rick Stein's world-renowned Seafood Restaurant,
for which early booking is essential.

| For
the more active, there is also excellent cycling / walking along
the Camel Trail and horse riding, water-skiing and sailing are
available nearby. For the adventurous, there are extreme
sports at Watergate Bay, 20 minutes away, and for the younger
members of the family we are 5 minutes from Shires Adventure
Park. |

the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House. |
